QA/Support Director

We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Support Director Reporting to the VP of Product Engineering the Quality Assurance/Support Director will play a dual role :

• Overseeing the creation, application and maintenance of test plans and test cases, ensuring that tests are thorough and complete, and leading the release management process.
• Delivery of successful technical support and solutions by proving leadership to the team, end-user and business growth of the organization.

The incumbent must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines. The successful candidate is an amiable and efficient team member and leader, an effective communicator and listener. The candidate will be building both QA and Support organizations from the ground up.
